Reflection:  Beloved, after 20 years of a broken relationship with his brother, Jacob faced his fears of meeting Esau, by humbling himself and offering Esau a gift to make amends in their relationship. His gift was accepted, and the relationship was restored. Sometime we must humble ourselves and face the issues we have in oir relationships with others and with God.

Prayer:  Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for loving us so much. Please, Lord, help us to face the issues we have in relationships and mend them so we can move on in our relationship with You, Lord.  I thank You for Your grace and leading as I seek to make restitution with any strained, damaged or broken relationship I may have… In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
