Scripture Readings:  Psalm 66:1-7, Numbers 36-Deuteronomy 1, Acts 28:11-31

Reflection Verse:  Deuteronomy 1:21

Reflection: Moses reminded the people of Israel that God had placed the Promised Land before them – but it was up to them to take possession of it. All they had to do was go in trusting God. Beloved, when it is God’s will for us to accomplish something, He makes the way for us to achieve it.  All we need to do, is go forth in obedience and faith. God will set things up for us – and God will assist us as we do His will. All we need is to be obedient, to act in faith – and trust God for the outcome!

Prayer:  Dear God, our Father; how excellent is Your Name in all the earth. Thank You, Lord, that continue to amaze us with Your Divine care for us as we seek to do Your will on this earth. Holy Father, You are the One who sets things up for us to accomplish Your will in our lives. You always give us the ability and resources to do what we need to do, and we are grateful! Empower us even right now, Lord, to act in faith and trust. In fact, Lord, please increase our faith and trust in You – that we may take possession of all that You have for us. Thank You for every opportunity You provide for us… In Jesus’ strong Name. Amen.
