Reflection!  Goliath defied and cursed God as he engaged David. Goliath’s trust was in his strength and his weapons of war. David, however, declared that his trust was in God – and that God would cause him to prevail as he encountered Goliath. Beloved, we have no reason to fear if we put our trust in God. God will cause us to always triumph in Christ Jesus. Relax. God’s got you!

Prayer:  Holy Father; Thank You for being with us in every battle that we face. As we face the battles and struggles of life, we will not fear but trust in Your strength and power to help us to overcome. You are God! There is no other! Thank You, Lord, for the honor of serving You… In Jesus’ Name. Amen
