Reflection Verse:  Joshua 4:14

Reflection:  God established Joshua as the leader of His people, just as He established Moses before him. Notice that Joshua was highly regarded by the people and firmly in place as their set-leader. The people followed Joshua and carried out the instructions that God gave through him. AND THEY WERE BLESSED! Beloved, when we live for God and revere God’s set leader, we will be blessed and successful in the land that God gives us.

Prayer:  Holy Father, Giver of every good and perfect gift; thank You for life, health, and strength today! Thank You for our journey with You. Holy Father, we are also, thankful for the leaders You have given us, who help to enable us to follow You and Your ways. We humble ourselves before You, Father, and accept those who lead us, as being set apart by You for this important work. Therefore, we will follow Your leading through them… In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
