Reflection Verse:  Joshua 13:33

Reflection:  Notice in the text, that Moses did not give the tribe of Levi any land grants as the other tribes had. That is because the Levites were to be scattered and live among all the tribes to be an influence for God to them. God Himself was the Levites inheritance and provision. It is also noteworthy that additional maintenance was given to the Levites by the tribes among who they lived and served.   

Prayer:  Holy Father, You are my portion in the land of the living and I am grateful. Lord, I truly have all I need, and I am aware that all I have, You have so generously provided it for me and my family. Thank You for this provision.  I receive it from You and from those who love You… in Jesus’ name.  Amen.
