Reflection Verse:  Proverbs 28:2

Reflection:  The Word of God teaches that one wise person can prevent a land from falling apart at the seams, by giving it stability. In our society, we have witnessed with our own eyes, so many rulers of nations who practice the things which transgress and defile the land. Their actions are in defiance of God’s Word, and bring corruption, disorder, lawlessness and disunity among their people. Every nation needs wise leaders, so that their people are blessed by God, because of the leader’s wise actions.

Prayer:  Dear Lord, we live in a land where leaders have acted corruptly, and we have suffered because of their actions. We pray, Lord, that You would grant wisdom to our leaders… that they may act according to Your Word and for the best interest of their people. We as Believers also seek Your wisdom. Thank You for Your guidance and wisdom available to us by Your Holy Spirit.  Thank You for Your Presence in our life. May we always honor You… In Jesus’ name.  Amen.
