Scripture Readings:  Proverbs 29:22-27, Micah 5-7, Revelation 15
Reflection Verse:  Proverbs 29:27
Reflection:  Beloved, those of us who are righteous and have been set apart by God, hate what wicked and unjust people do, and seek to do away with it. Now understand that the righteous do not hate the person, but rather they hate those things that the wicked do which are contrary to God’s righteousness.

Prayer:  Our Father, which art in Heaven; I am thankful today for the power to choose righteousness. Help me. Dear Lord, as I seek Your wisdom in my dealing with wicked people. Help me to never like what they do or to take part in their wicked works – but rather to always seek to either bring their works to an end or to avoid them and their wickedness. Teach me to love, care and pray for the unrighteous, so that one day they will come to know You and that Your righteousness will shine forth from them… In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
