Reflection Verses:  Genesis 47:7-10
 
Reflection:  Lord God, Jacob blessed Pharaoh when he was introduced to him by Joseph and he blessed Pharaoh when he left. When Pharaoh wanted to know how old he was, Jacob told Pharaoh that he was 130 years old, but that was short compared to his fathers before him. Beloved, we must keep in mind that how long we live does not matter so much as how we live. We must choose to bless and be a blessing to others for that is truly living!

Prayer: Holy Father, You are the Giver of light and life, and I Thank You for my life and that my life is lived for You. Please, Lord, make the days of my journey in this life be a blessing for You and others, as well as fruitful and faithful … In Jesus’ name.  Amen.
