Reflection Verse:  Genesis 11:6

Reflection:  Beloved, the people in the text had by-passed God’s purpose for their lives. They did what they wanted to do using the materials they created. God wanted them to inhabit the whole earth, instead they settled down in one area and started building their own structure to stay put. 

Prayer:  Heavenly Father, Thank You for having purpose for Your people. Lord, help us to yield to You and be led by Your Spirit in all that we do, that we may fulfill our purpose. You want us to tell Your story to people so they will know Your love for them.  Help us to want what You want. Forgive me, Lord, when I settle for less, doing my own thing rather than Yours. In Jesus’ Name…  Amen!
