June 3 Scripture Reading

Reflection Verse:  I Corinthians 14:3

Reflection:  Prophecy comes directly from God.  It edifies, exhorts, consoles people and inspires the church.  A person who prophesies is one who builds up and encourages people.  It should be every Believer’s desire to speak God’s Word to others that they may be empowered, properly advised, comforted, developed and matured.  God’s Word is necessary to increase faith in the hearer.

Prayer: Holy Father, Help me to study and learn your Word – so that You may use me to speak a Word of encouragement, faith, deliverance , or salvation to those who will hear and receive from You… in Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
