Prayer:  Lord God, Abishai was among the many loyal, mighty men who served David. He was honored among his peers and was their captain. What a company of men David surrounded himself with! Men who understood, respected and supported David’s leadership. Holy Father, leaders must have those who are loyal in their support for them. Thank You, Holy Father, for the gift of helps, that we may support and gird up those You have placed in leadership. May I be one who comes along side to support those that You, Lord, have called and placed into leadership… In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
