Scripture Readings:  Psalm 50:15, Numbers 8-10:10, Acts 17:1-15

Reflection Verse:  Numbers 9:8

Reflection:  In the text today, Moses was confronted with the problem of whether or not one could keep the Passover, or more specifically, whether one could present the Passover offering to God, when that person was unclean. Evidently their point was valid. Moses told them that they needed to wait and hear what God had to say about the matter.  Then, the issue was resolved. Beloved, many times when we have issues, we go ahead and do what we think or what we want to do, without seeking God for direction. Trust me. IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO SEEK GOD. God knows what is best and God wants to help. Trust God, Beloved, HE will give you direction…if you ask HIM.

Prayer:  Our Father, Who art in Heaven. Hallowed be Thy Name. Thank You for this day and for our daily provision. Thank You, Father God, for being there for us, to guide, instruct, and help us. Give us the mind to seek YOU, Lord, in all things…especially those things in which we are unclear as to what YOUR will for us is. It is our desire to do things YOUR way and for YOUR glory…In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
