Reflection Verse:  Numbers 16:3

Reflection:  Korah along with 250 other leaders came against Moses and Aaron, taking issue with them as to the way they were leading.  Korah and his tribe were already in charge of part of the work of the tabernacle, but evidently, they wanted more authority. They wanted to be priests. However, it should be noted, that those in authority have been placed there by God. When we resist the set authority, we resist God! Think about that, Beloved.

Prayer:  Holy Father, You are my God and I humble myself before YOU and yield to YOUR authority in my life. I am grateful for those who You assigned as leaders in my life, and I submit to the authority that YOU have given them. Help me understand how You are using them to lead.  Help me to speak about them in ways that recognize Your authority in them and my part in submitting to that authority… in Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
