Reflection Verse:  Deuteronomy 3:28

Reflection:  God allowed Moses to see the promised land, but not to lead the people into it. God commissioned Joshua to lead the people into it and take possession of it. Beloved, leaders have different functions, assignments and seasons. However, it is God who decides when it is our season and how long our season lasts. Our task is to work while it is our season, helping to prepare new leaders for their season and to step aside when our season is over.

Prayer:  Holy Father; Thank You for another day to live, love and serve You in the beauty of holiness. Thank You lord, for the plans that You have for us and for the Body of Christ. Help us as leaders, to be sensitive to You, Lord, and to have an understanding of when to step aside and let another lead. Empower us, Lord, to prepare others that they may be ready and able to lead when it is their season. Help us to always submit to Your will, O’ God, for You alone know the plans that You have for us. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.
