Reflection Verse:  I Samuel 24:6

Reflection:  David could have killed Saul in the cave where David and his men were hiding. However, since God had made Saul king, it was not David’s place to harm him or remove him. Beloved, often, we are critical, even defiant of our leaders. However, we should remember that God called and placed them in their places of leadership and it is our duty to God and to our leader to respect them and their authority as a man or woman of God. Think about that.

Prayer:  Heavenly Father; Thank You for my life, health, and strength. I am aware today, that It is our duty as Your people to acknowledge those You place in leadership, praying for them, working with them being careful to honor Your word in all we do… In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
