Reflection Verse: 2 Samuel 3:13

Prayer:  Loving God, David’s condition for a covenant with Israel to be their king is for his first wife, Michal – Saul’s daughter – to be restored to him to rule with him.  He had paid the bride price and yet Saul gave her to another man.  David apparently still loved her and showed no malice against the house of Saul. Lord, help us to understand, that to have peace, rectifying wrongs are a must.  Thank You, Lord, for these reminders and their application in my life… In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
