Reflection:  A person life is ordered by God. Therefore, our lot in this life is to be ascribed, not to blind chance and fortune, not to the influence of the stars, or to any invisible created being, angel or devil, but to the Lord only; there is no such thing as chance, or events by chance; those events which seem most fortuitous or contingent are all disposed, ordered, and governed, by the sovereign will of God.

Prayer:  Lord God, I seek You in every issue and decision of my life and I desire for Your will to be done in all things. Nothing in my life is left to chance, but all things are decided by You.  As I pray to You in regard to the affairs of my life, I receive Your direction and proceed accordingly knowing that You have given me wisdom and guidance…In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
