Reflection:  Beloved, when a person has knowledge and understanding of what is going on in a situation, few words are spoken, a calm spirit is exhibited and cooler heads prevail.  A wise person speaks as little or as much as needed, being careful and deliberate, aiming for good. 

Prayer: Gear God, I appreciate people who have understanding and a calmness of spirit who can speak what is needed to bring peace to a situation. Oh, how that is needed in this season. Enable me, Lord, to be such a person. Let my words be deliberate and few, seeking the best and as much peace as is possible in all situations… In Jesus’ name.  Amen.
