Reflection Verses:  John 6:68-69

Reflection:  Peter answered Jesus that he and the rest of Jesus’ disciples could not leave Him because there was no other place to go. They believed in Him as the Messiah and they have eternal life through Him. Where else could they go?  Jesus is the only place and they are already with Him!   I agree with Peter that there is no place to go except Jesus. He is the only way to God the Father. Beloved, we must have that same confidence. We have to believe that regardless of what we face – the best place for us to be is in Jesus. 

Prayer: Holy Father, Thank You, for enough faith to believe that Jesus is the Messiah. Thank You, that Jesus has all I need that pertains to life and that in Him I am assured of life eternal. There is no other place I would rather be than in Jesus…It is in Jesus’ Name I pray.  Amen.
