Scripture Readings:  Proverbs 1:20-27, Job 23-25, I Thessalonians 1

Reflection Verse:  I Thessalonians 1:9

Reflection:  Paul received good reports from other places in Macedonia about the good results of their ministry to the Thessalonians. Paul liked what he heard.  As a result, other Macedonians were trusting their ministry also because of what had occurred in Thessalonica. Beloved, our witness of God’s work in our life should be apparent to those we meet so that what they see in us will cause them to want to know our God through Jesus the Christ.

Prayer:   Lord God, help me that my reputation in You would be such that others would trust my ministry and witness enough, that they would want to come to You through Christ and serve You as the living and true God… In Jesus’ name.  Amen.
