September 16 Scripture Reading

Scripture Readings:  Proverbs 5:15-20, Song of Solomon 1-3, 2 Timothy 2       

Reflection Verse:  2 Timothy 2:2

Reflection: Once we as Believers learn the truth of God’s Word and live our lives in obedience to God’s word, we are to teach what we learn to others who will do the same. We should be mindful that we must not fall into the trap of much learning from the bible without doing what it teaches.

Prayer:  Dear God, as we learn your Word, help us to live by it, so that others may learn from us. Thank You, Lord, for entrusting us with Your truth and thank You, for empowering us to be able to accurately teach it. May those who are taught Your truth by us teach others with the same diligence… In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
