Reflection Verse: I Timothy 1:7
Reflection: To be a teacher of The Word of God is a gift from God. The problem in the text and in our world is that there are so many who desire to be a teacher, or rather, to have the credit and reputation of being well versed in the law of Moses, and qualified to explain it to others, while not really understanding what they are teaching. They have not put in the required work nor have they been gifted by God to do teach, therefore they become blind leaders of the blind. Beloved, avoid such folk at all cost!
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I am thankful, for the teachers in my life that are truly gifted by You to present Godly information and concepts to me in a way that I am able to understand and apply to my life. Thank You for loving me so much that You have planted me in a place where You have an assigned teacher on post. Allow me, Dear Lord, to take what I learn from that teacher and share it with others… In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.
