May 27 Scripture Reading
Scripture Readings: Psalm 102:1-12, 2 Samuel 9-11, I Corinthians 8
Reflection Verses: I Corinthians 8:11-12
Prayer: Lord God, help us to be careful about how we use the knowledge we have. We are to be discerning in what to say, how to say things, what to do and how to do things. We are not to be a cause of a person who is weak in the faith to be ruined. When this occurs then my actions are really a sin against Christ and this is serious. I am to be fully aware of what I say and do. I am to understand that I am being seen and heard and my actions may be misunderstood. I represent You, Lord, and I am to love other Christians. May I not do anything to discourage them in their walk of faith in You… in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
