April 27th Scripture Reading
Scripture Readings: Psalm 78:65-72, Judges 3-4, Mark 4:21-41
Reflection Verse: Mark 4:38
Prayer: Lord God, where is Jesus in the midst of this storm that is threatening these disciples? He is asleep at the control point of the boat. He is at rest and in control. The disciples are in a panic! The way we view issues is far different than how Jesus views them. Calm me and quiet my spirit to see through the immediacy of situations. Give me wisdom to respond with clear input that brings calm into a situation. Increase my faith to know that what You have promised, I can depend on, no matter what comes against it… in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
