Scripture Readings:  Proverbs 10:1-5, Isaiah 37-38, Hebrews 10:19-39

Reflection Verse:  Hebrews 10:39

Reflection:  The purpose of verse 39 is to warn believers that God will discipline them for distorting doctrine and walking away from a consistent Christian life. It is important for every Believer to remain true to the faith regardless of what goes on in the world… good or bad. Beloved, it is a dangerous thing for any Believer to willfully depart from the will of God.

Prayer:  Dear Heavenly Father; Thank You for the measure of faith that you have granted us. Help us to stay true to our faith in good times or bad. Help us to trust You for power and grace to meet any situation according to Your will. In times like these, Dear Lord, help us to be very sure that our anchor holds and grips the solid rock of Jesus. It is in Jesus Name I pray. Amen
