October 4 Scripture Reading

Scripture Readings:  Proverbs 10:6-11, Isaiah 39-40, Hebrews 11:1-16

Reflection Verse:  Hebrews 11:3

Reflection:  Beloved, it really does take faith to believe that God simply spoke, and the world came into existence… being created into existence by things not visible. The things that we believe concerning God is beyond us, yet, those things are really true. Our faith must be firm in God, even though we are not able to see God. God’s Word is always true and our God is still active and creating today. 

Prayer:  Father God, Thank You for the measure of faith that I have. There are so many things about You that I am not able to comprehend but I believe in You and Your Word. Bless me now, Heavenly Father. Increase my faith to believe You all the more… In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
