September 12 Scripture Reading

Scripture Readings:  Proverbs 4:10-17, Ecclesiastes 3-5, I Timothy 4

Reflection Verse:  I Timothy 4:16

Reflection: Verse 16 is telling us that our relationship with God is top priority. We are to make sure that this relationship is solid’ rooted in sound doctrine and ever growing. What we share with others is a reflection of our relationship with our Heavenly Father. As we allow ourselves to continue in this, we know that our salvation is secure and those with whom we share and teach will come to true salvation and will not be taught false doctrine. 

Prayer:  Father God, my relationship with You is primary.  May how I live and what I teach be in accordance with Your truth, Lord.  May I be faithful to Your message and Your salvation for me and others.  Thank You, Lord, for helping me to remain true to You in all I say and do… In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
