July 11 Scripture Reading
Scripture Readings: Psalm 119:65-72, I Chronicles 12-13, Colossians 1:1-20
Reflection Verses: Colossians 1:13-14
Reflection: Every person who has not embraced the Gospel, is under the authority and power of darkness which holds sway over that person and leads him/her into vice or ungodliness. There is nothing other than the power of God that is able to redeem a man from this darkness, which by means of sin and unbelief, keeps men in ignorance, vice, and misery. The shed blood and death of Jesus Christ atones for the sins of the world and brings those who accept HIM as Savior, out of the darkness, and places them in the kingdom of God. Thank God for HIS great love for us!
Prayer: Father God, I am grateful that Jesus defeated Satan by the shedding of His righteous blood and His death on the cross. Thank you, Father, that every Believer is forgiven of sins because this act purchased us back to You. Thank You, God for a believing faith in Jesus as my Savior. Thank You, that my sins are forgiven, and I am legally a child of the Kingdom… In Jesus’ name. Amen.

I thank God everyday for the love He shows thru my continued Glorification of His Son. Thank you Jesus for bringing me out of the darkness.
God bless you Rev. Jenkins. Hey, I still haven’t heard from the young lady. Does she have the correct email?
